Our Intention

This retreat is an invitation to step away from the pace of everyday life and enter a space where you can listen more deeply to yourself. Through a blend of yoga, movement, music, meditation, and shared moments, we create an environment that supports genuine exploration, presence, and inner connection.

Our intention is to hold a space that feels welcoming, respectful, and supportive — a place where you can simply be as you are. The practices and workshops are designed to gently guide you inward, helping you reconnect with your body, your creativity, and the quiet wisdom within.

At the same time, we believe that integration happens not only during structured sessions but also in the spaces in between. The schedule is intentionally balanced, offering meaningful experiences alongside generous free time to rest, enjoy the pool, walk in nature, or treat yourself to a restorative massage.

Together we will create a small, harmonious community for a few days — sharing practices, meals, laughter, and silence — allowing space for both personal reflection and authentic connection with others.

If you feel the desire to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and inspiring environment, we would be honored to share this experience with you.

Facilitators

We are Sanne and Sebuky — partners in life and in creating spaces for connection, creativity, and presence. Our work naturally weaves together Sanne’s background in yoga, embodiment, and facilitation with Sebuky’s passion for music, rhythm, and sound. Hosting retreats together allows us to hold the space in a balanced and supportive way, where movement, music, and reflection come together organically. Many guests appreciate the warm and grounded atmosphere that emerges from the synergy we share as a couple.

Sanne

As a holistic therapist, I facilitate spaces that invite deeper connection with the body and inner world. My work weaves together movement, breath, awareness, and somatic exploration to support people in reconnecting with themselves in a grounded and compassionate way. Over the years I have guided yoga & meditation practices, sharing circles, cacao ceremonies, and embodied movement sessions, as well as coaching and bodywork. My approach is gentle and intuitive, creating an atmosphere where people feel safe to slow down, listen inwardly, and explore their authentic expression. I feel passionate about holding spaces that nurture presence, openness, and meaningful connection.

Sebuky

Sebuky is a multi-instrumentalist, music producer, and creative facilitator who loves bringing people together through sound and rhythm. His work explores the power of music as a bridge between creativity, movement, and emotional expression. Drawing from a wide range of instruments and musical influences, he creates immersive sound journeys and dance experiences that invite participants to connect more freely with their bodies and inner rhythm. Whether through live music, DJ sets, or collaborative sessions, Sebuky enjoys cultivating spaces where creativity and playfulness can unfold naturally. His presence adds a dynamic and uplifting energy to the retreat experience.

The Space

Vell Can Gironès is a beautifully restored 15th-century countryside house located in Santa Llogaia del Terri, a small village between Banyoles and Girona. Surrounded by nature, it is an ideal place to disconnect from the busyness of daily life, rest, and gently reconnect with yourself.

The retreat takes place at the Mamakilla association, a peaceful and welcoming space immersed in forests, open fields, and the soft sound of a nearby river. The land offers plenty of space to slow down and breathe — with a large garden, quiet corners to relax, and nature paths to explore.

The property has a beautiful wooden yoga shala, filled with natural light and views of the surrounding greenery, as well as multiple outside spaces where we will gather for our practices, movement sessions, and workshops. In the garden, you can enjoy the swimming pool, perfect for cooling down during warm summer days, as well as many shaded spots in the garden to read, journal, or simply rest. The peaceful rural setting invites a natural rhythm of slowing down, being outdoors, and reconnecting with the body and the senses.
